Meaning and Significance Of number 12 Throughout Time

Several weeks ago I began to notice the number 12 repeatedly showing up in my life. Curiosity led me to explore the possible meaning. What I will be sharing are my findings.

The number twelve is without a doubt one of the major keys to the mysteries of mankind’s existence. The number 12 permeates all aspects of life. I will Only address a few here.

The number twelve is symbolic of the creation of the universe as it represents the division of unity (God) into twelve individual distinct vibrations or tones, out of this came sound, light, and color. Science calls this the “Big Bang”.

Imagine, 12 spiraling 'cones' bursting forth forming a circle around the source, God consciousness, connecting with it and each other to create endless grid programs of experience following a geometric blueprint we call sacred geometry. Soul sparks of light ( each of us) spiral from the central source, God randomly move into the these spiraling grids to consciously experience and create.

Every aspect of the universe, from stars to humans and even sunlight, are all composed of 100% original consciousness, Father Creator God.

Some reports indicate that there are twelve Universes and twelve solar systems and the earth belongs to the twelfth universe. Physicist postulate there are 12 dimensions to our universe existing simultaneously along side our own.

In the Old and New Testament 12 is used 189 times. These are but a few examples.

The Numbers 12 and 21 represent Father and Mother both in Christianity and

Buddhism, these numbers are basically 2 and 1 reversed in a mirror reflection of

each other.

At age Twelve Jesus first appears in public and utters His first recorded words,

(Luke 2:42)

According to many biblical scholars, the number 12 appears as a multiple in matters related to issues of placing things within perfect order, achieving governmental structural, ruling, and universal laws.

The number 12 appears throughout the final book of the Bible. According to Revelation, the kingdom of God has 12 gates guarded by 12 angels.

Number twelve indicates God working in the world through man.

Charles Fillmore’s Twelve Powers”, refers to inner spiritual abilities that originate from God.

Today as in the past Astrology is all about interpreting the signs in the heavens. Kings and Popes have consulted Astrologers throughout the entire recorded history of mankind. In ancient times these wise counselors were called Magi (wise men) or Chaldeans, since many of the wise men who knew the principles of Astrology were from the land of known as Chaldea.

The Book of Genesis reveals that there were 12 sons of Jacob. The 12 sons formed the 12 tribes of Israel who represented a physical type of God’s government on earth. These Tribes divided into North, South, East and West. When Jacob gave his blessing to his twelve sons, he was referring not only to twelve individuals, but also to the development of twelve attributes to be awakened in the human soul.

These paralleled the twelve characteristics of the twelve signs of the zodiac. Each tribe expressed the qualities of one sign of the zodiac and responded to a certain number. No tribe was wholly good or bad. These twelve signs and their corresponding numbers are operative in the lives of every individual, for each person indeed is a miniature universe.

Later, Christ would choose 12 apostles to serve as the foundation for His Church (Matt. 10:1-7), as well as the kingdom of God (Luke 22:29-30). These apostles relate in character to the twelve signs of the zodiac to make a complete gathering of types of people in the inner circle of followers of Jesus.

Judas the 12th disciple represents the sign 12th sign Pisces, was said to have betrayed Jesus leading to His death. According to the lost Gospel of Judas, Jesus allowed the betrayal because it would allow God's plan to be fulfilled. Thus the vibrational force under the number 12 belongs to the developed soul who has accumulated unusual inner strength through many and varied experiences.

Number 12 invites us to move forward, to figure out exactly what is obstructing us.. It's our own creation, a phantom lurking in the shadows of our mind. They live and thrive in the half-light of ignorance, so the way to slay a demon is by illuminating it with the full force and power of your focused attention; by looking at it, hard. We create our demons and we feed them. To awaken we must slay them. That's really the whole process: S lay one demon, take one step. “Repeat."

As I continued my investigated into the order of twelve, I came upon the Mayan prophecy of 12-21- 2012 ( Winter solstice ) which is the end of their calendar, and is also the scientifically acknowledged date of a galactic alignment.

Over the last several months the “History & Discovery channels” have televised numerous shows on 2012 with all its negative implications. Of pole shifts ,destruction and the end of the world. For sure 2012 is the end of the age of Pisces the 12th sign.

The number 12 is an indicator of great understanding and wisdom. It is considered to be the ancient number of completion, as it signals the end of one stage and the beginning of another stage. For sure our reality is changing and a new Earth is being birthed. We are evolving towards a new humanity a time of freedom for all. A “New World Order," one of unity and oneness.

2012 the sign of Aquarius will bring advancements for even the most underdeveloped regions on earth. An infusion of creativity, innovation, inventions, and solutions. Every area will be accelerated, technology, medical, psychology, healing, machinery, space, matter, science, new age of spiritual transformation, global realization of psychic ability, proof of extra terrestrial life, discovery of the missing link, and beginning of world peace.

Nothing will be kept out of the influence of this electrical impulse to transform every part of life, and bring mankind into a higher truth and individuality.

We must be willing to become serious about our journey, because life is pushing us to become serious. We are capable and we are able to understand the truth about ourself. Willing to recognize and embrace that each person has their own grand design and purpose here. This is our time to awaken to who we truly are.

Charles Darwin said, “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”

To understand this evolutionary process and what is occurring, we look to our own lives.

What and who are showing up? What do we need to heal? Who do we need to forgive?

What do we need to let go of? What do we need to learn

Victor Frankl said, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

In closing here are 12 thoughts to ponder

1. Do I sacrifice some of my self-interest to serve the needs of others: i.e.;

social work, charity work, volunteer work, being with people confined in institutions (hospitals or asylums or prisons)?

2. Have I surrendered my sense of self (ego): to a higher power?

3.Am I wiling to address things which are hidden; my sub-conscious fears , guilts, resentments, hates, skeletons in closets, potentially damaging secrets, hidden agendas?

4.How do I Ideal with the unknown? Do I use intellect, logic, and rational

thinking or intuition, extra-sensory perception or spiritualism?

5. Do I recognize that there is such as thing as global thought?

6. Do I acknowledge that my thoughts affect my world and that group thought is a power to be reckoned with?

7.If I Change my thoughts, can I change my life?

8. Do I Use intuition, the best barometer for how to live my life?

9.Do I pay attention to my Dreams?

10.Do I Meditate often to guide me?

11. Have I been moving toward a higher level of authenticity and integrity?

12.Am I willing to show up in my life and own and utilize the abilities and talents I’ve been given?

It is time for us to stop being externally focused, to go inward. "We are divine, sovereign, and powerful and we are both God and human. We are the mystery we have been waiting to find. www.charleneryan.com

13 Things Your Burglar Won't Tell You

1. Of course I look familiar. I was here just last week cleaning your carpets, painting your shutters, or delivering your new refrigerator.

2. Hey, thanks for letting me use the bathroom when I was working in your yard last week. While I was in there, I unlatched the back window to make my return a little easier.

3. Love those flowers. That tells me you have taste ... and taste means there are nice things inside. Those yard toys your kids leave out always make me wonder what type of gaming system they have.

4. Yes, I really do look for newspapers piled up on the driveway. And I might leave a pizza flyer in your front door to see how long it takes you to remove it.

5. If it snows while you're out of town, get a neighbor to create car and foot tracks into the house. Virgin drifts in the driveway are a dead giveaway.

6. If decorative glass is part of your front entrance, don't let your alarm company install the control pad where I can see if it's set. That makes it too easy.

7. A good security company alarms the window over the sink. And the windows on the second floor, which often access the master bedroom-and your jewelry. It's not a bad idea to put motion detectors up there too.

8. It's raining, you're fumbling with your umbrella, and you forget to lock your door-understandable. But understand this: I don't take a day off because of bad weather.

9. I always knock first. If you answer, I'll ask for directions somewhere or offer to clean your gutters. (Don't take me up on it.)

10. Do you really think I won't look in your sock drawer? I always check dresser drawers, the bedside table, and the medicine cabinet.

11. Helpful hint: I almost never go into kids' rooms.

12. You're right: I won't have enough time to break into that safe where you keep your valuables. But if it's not bolted down, I'll take it with me.

  1. A loud TV or radio can be a better deterrent than the best alarm system.. If you're reluctant to leave your TV on while you're out of town, you can buy a $35 device that works on a timer and simulates the flickering glow of a real television.

8 MORE THINGS A BURGLAR WON'T TELL YOU:

1. Sometimes, I carry a clipboard. Sometimes, I dress like a lawn guy and carry a rake. I do my best to never, ever look like a crook.

2. The two things I hate most: loud dogs and nosy neighbors.

3. I'll break a window to get in, even if it makes a little noise. If your neighbor hears one loud sound, he'll stop what he's doing and wait to hear it again. If he doesn't hear it again, he'll just go back to what he was doing. It's human nature.

4. I'm not complaining, but why would you pay all that money for a fancy alarm system and leave your house without setting it?

5. I love looking in your windows. I'm looking for signs that you're home, and for flat screen TVs or gaming systems I'd like. I'll drive or walk through your neighborhood at night, before you close the blinds, just to pick my targets.

6. Avoid announcing your vacation on your Facebook page. It's easier than you think to look up your address.

7. To you, leaving that window open just a crack during the day is a way to let in a little fresh air. To me, it's an invitation.

8. If you don't answer when I knock, I try the door. Occasionally, I hit the jackpot and walk right in.

Protection Tips for you and your home

If you don't have a gun, here's a more humane way to wreck someone's evil plans for you:

Wasp Spray

A friend who is a receptionist in a church in a high risk area was concerned about someone coming into the office on Monday to rob them when they were counting the collection. She asked the local police department about using pepper spray and they recommended to her that she get a can of wasp spray instead.

The wasp spray, they told her, can shoot up to twenty feet away and is a lot more accurate, while with the pepper spray, they have to get too close to you and could overpower you. The wasp spray temporarily blinds an attacker until they get to the hospital for an antidote. She keeps a can on her desk in the office and it doesn't attract attention from people like a can of pepper spray would. She also keeps one nearby at home for home protection... Thought this was interesting and might be of use.

Wasp And Hornet Spray

On the heels of a break in and beating that left an elderly woman in Toledo dead, self defense experts have a tip that could save your life.

Place a can of wasp and hornet spray near your door or bed. This is better than anything I can teach them. The cans typically shoot 20 to 30 feet; so if someone tries to break into your home, "spray the culprit in the eyes". "That's going to give you a chance to call the police; maybe get out."

Mind-body Medicine and Shamanic Energetics

Psychoneuroimmunology ( a Medical model) is the study of how the mind affects the body. "Psycho" refers to your thinking, emotions and mood states. "Neuro" refers to the neurological and neuroendocrine systems in your body. "Immunology" refers to your cellular structures and immune system. Mind-body medicine explores the influence of your mind and emotions on your body and immune system, and vice versa.

Mind-body specialists are typically social workers, psychologists or other mental health professionals who examine the affects of your mind, thoughts, attitudes and beliefs on physical health and well-being. Specialists use a variety of techniques aimed to promote health, such as deep breathing, guided imagery, relaxation therapy, meditation and energy work. Using these techniques, mind-body medicine helps you direct your energies toward healing and health.

Shamanic Energetics ( Spiritual model) is not a "thing" to be defined - it is, instead, a pathway to transformation. This transformation takes place by communicating at the quantum level with the wave fronts (energy and information) that create all of reality. It is not a technique but a consciousness shift. Using an energy field and a consciousness, like a standing wave that is all around us. SE is very much about transforming your beliefs concerning healing, disease and the structure of reality. This new paradigm gives you instant access to new states of awareness which make it possible to interact with the material world and transform it - to affect change connected to past traumas, injuries and emotional patterns.

Shamanic Energetics shows how we can consciously choose to observe in a different way. As a natural extension of changing your way of perceiving, your old reality collapses and new possibilities materialize instantly. Physical and emotional conditions can be resolved with the speed of thought. People affect verifiable, observable changes instantly. Often you

will see and feel a wave like motion when Shamanic Energetics is applied, as the person being worked on experiences a smooth wave of transformation. What seems to be happening is that the unconsciousness and the biological physical field matrix is rearranging itself.

"Healing is ultimately a mystical experience and not one that is generated by the force or determination of the power of the mind. "Mystical," is referring to experiences that require grace in order to transcend the barriers of our minds, which are so often weighed down by the need to know why things happen as they do in our lives." Caroline Myss, Defy Gravity

Shamanic Energetics is a transformative healing system that can create transformation on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It works by modifying a person's matrix of reality at the quantum level of existence -- the state where we all exist as "wave fronts" of light, information and consciousness.

Shamanic Energetics can transform your reality concerning:

-- your body -- your beliefs
-- health challenges -- relationships
-- finances -- any other aspect of your life

Like many things that are founded on feelings and sensations, it is generally much easier to experience Shamanic Energetics than to try to understand it. SE is powered by intent, which has a physical and observable effects every time. The power of focused intent, builds into a new and joy-filled state that can affect life changes.

Healing Matrix

It's been known for some time that many illnesses are at least partly caused by psychological or emotional issues. We also know that people have enormous self-healing potential, given the right conditions simply because they believe that they will be healed. Medical science has come to recognize that the mind can have a very beneficial influence on the body's ability to heal. Case in point, the documentary "The Secret" addresses this as well as the minds ability to change one's life circumstances.

If the unconscious mind can accomplish such feats of self-healing, then it is likely what in part goes on with 'psychic healing' can be somewhat like a placebo effect. Some people in the scientific community want to know, if psychic healing is just self-healing, then all they need to do in order to encourage such self-healing, is to understand the psychological and interpersonal factors that trigger it. On the other hand, if the healer really 'does' something to the patient, then they would want to understand how to enhance or amplify that healing 'power.'

If there is some telepathic rapport between the two persons, then one (the patient) may simply be acting as a 'receiver' in a telepathy experiment, unconsciously picking up information from the 'sender' and then inducing slight shifts in his or her own physiology. In this case, we are back to a form of self-induced healing - a telepathically induced placebo effect!

What's the difference between telepathically triggered self-healing, vs. a healing truly based on another person's influence, i.e., based on psychokinesis (mind-over-matter)? There are several theoretical issues here; but there's also at least one important practical concern. In real instances of illness or disease, a patient may not have the resources, mentally, psychologically or physically, to induce self-healings, even given the kinds of suggestions, which usually trigger placebo effects. By contrast, if healing - and not just healing suggestions - really comes from an external source, then a vital, confident healer could still input positive 'energy' into the patient's organism and restore health.

People who come to a healer may be desperate; they may have abandoned hope with conventional treatment methods. To many, it might feel like the healer is their last hope. Others, having developed a solid distrust of allopathic medicine, may feel that mental or psychic means of treatment are the only way to go. Either way, many coming into a healing session have high hopes and expectations, or are in a hyper-suggestible state. If, coupled with this receptive state of mind, and a healer who the patient resonates with --then the situation may be just right to trigger a self-healing process, leading to alleviation of symptoms or even a cure.

Many, anecdotes and testimonies about miraculous healings, don't permit us to infer what kind of mechanisms are involved -- whether the healing was based on 'normal' psychophysiology, or whether it involved a truly 'paranormal' element. Generally, it is very difficult to distinguish psychic healing from self-healing.

The theoretical or metaphysical implications, of healing are mind-boggling (that's one of the reasons there's so much resistance to accepting paranormal phenomena in general).

Perhaps healing can take place on many levels. First, at the soul level, second the intention of the patient to be healed, and thirdly by the healer's intentions, thoughts, and energy as a conduit for healing of these social and psychological factors. Does it matter if healing is a fully internal process, the 'healer' being just a convenient trigger of self-healing, or if it is a genuinely paranormal process.

Either way, many coming into a healing session have high hopes and expectations, or are in a hyper-suggestible state. If, coupled with this receptive state of mind, we have a healer who we resonate with --then the situation may be just right to trigger a self-healing process, leading to alleviation of symptoms or even a cure.

Bottom line, I believe that all healing takes place in the Healing Matrix of God, and that none of us are separate from this source. If it is our destiny to be healed, it is done one way or the other. If not, our ultimate healing may mean leaving this reality and entering another. When it is our time, we return to the Matrix. Where something is developed, birthed - a point of origin.

Blessings in Disguise

I recently had a conversation with a woman who was telling me how blessed her life has been. I asked her, “how has it been blessed”?. She said “I and my family have always had good health, we are very financially comfortable and we are happy.” She went on to say,“ I have not had any challenges in my life, no sorrow, nothing disruptive”. “I feel blessed”!.

It may seem odd to you who are reading this, but I thought to myself, “Wow! What a boring life”. I later reflected on my life and the lives of so many of my friends and clients, who have been challenged in one way or another almost from birth. We may have had victim experiences, but we are not in essence victims. Would we say we have been blessed?

The answer is, Yes!

It is a blessing that all of us have come through the rough times and have learned so much more about ourselves and life. We have gained in wisdom, patience, faith, perseverance, compassion, and understanding.

It is my realization that we are not the personality nor the stories we experienced. The challenges were put before us to “awaken us to who we truly are”.

That we truly are spiritual beings having human experiences. It is not about, being famous, wealthy, or having the “perfect’ life or family. It is about what we do with what has been given.

My dearest friend passed over on the winter solstice 2008. She so eloquently lived through many life struggles and in one of her poorest financial times she gave her last few coins so that someone else might have a better Christmas.

She we able to look beyond the present situation, to know there was something higher and more purposeful going on and to trust her inner guidance. She also had the unique gift of looking past what was evident to many of us, and see who that person really was under the experience.

The greatest gift she gave me in her last hours on earth, Is that I witnessed her as she stripped away all that I had know about her, she showed me her soul, and the greatest gift that had ever been given to me, she showed me my soul.

Since her death I have different eyes, I can more easily see beyond what is being presented. I am less quick to judge, but instead, I ask to see experiences or people in a different light.

If she were here today would she want a different life, I think she would say “not so much”.

I see the blessing and gift in all my life experiences, and I can look back and see how interesting and exciting my life has been. All the blessing in the disguise of challenge. So to have a perfect life, is that really my goal, or is seeing my life perfectly my goal? You bet it is!

What are the Blessings in your life?

My Christmas E-Mail

I have a list of people I know, all logged in my computer,
And now at Christmas time I have gone to take a look.

And that is when I realize that these names are a part,
Not of the computer they're stored in, but of my heart.
For each name stands for someone who has crossed my path sometime,
And in that meeting they've become the rhythm in each rhyme.
And while it sounds fantastic for me to make this claim,
I feel that I'm composed of each remembered name.

And while you may not be aware of any special link,
Just meeting you has changed my life, a lot more than you think!
For once I have met somebody, the years cannot erase,
The memory of a pleasant word (or E-mail) or of a friendly face.
So never think my Christmas E-mails are just a mere routine,
Of names upon an address list, forgotten in between.

For when I do a Christmas E-mail that is addressed to you,
It's because you're on the list of people I'm indebted to.
And whether I have known you for many years or few,
In some way you have been a part of shaping things I do.
And now that Christmas has come, I realize anew,
The best gift life can offer is meeting people like you.

Merry Christmas! Happy New Year!
