The Zeitgeist Movement

Zeit-geist the defining spirit, awareness or mood of a period of time as shown by the ideas, beliefs and practices of a culture or generation.

Zeitgeist: The Movie is a 2007 documentary film by Peter Joseph. It asserts a number of conspiracy theory-based ideas, including the Christ myth theory, alternative theories for the parties responsible for the September 11th attacksand that bankers manipulate the international monetary system and the media in order to consolidate power.

The film was officially released online on June 18, 2007 on zeitgeistmovie.com.[1] In addition to being characterized as "nonsense",[2] it has been criticized for reported factual inaccuracies, and the quality of its arguments.[3][4][5][6] A sequel, Zeitgeist: Addendum, focuses further on the monetary system and advocates a resource-based social system influenced by the ideas of Jacque Fresco and The Venus Project.[7][8] Following Zeitgeist: Addendum, Peter Joseph created an organization called The Zeitgeist Movement to promote the ideas of Fresco's Venus Project.[9] A third film called Zeitgeist: Moving Forward is scheduled to be released in January 2011. Braco Croatian-healer

In April 2010 I flew to Los Angeles California with a friend to witness a Croatian-healer named Braco (pronounced Braht-oh) who  miraculously heals with his gaze alone.  His healings are unexplainable, yet undeniable.  Countless people in Europe have been remarkably and often spontaneously healed by Braco’s silent gaze.  Over 200,000 people traveled to experience his silent gaze in 2008 alone.   Physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, and interpersonal healings have all been reported.

Braco is a humble and gentle man, whose nickname translates in his native Croatian to affectionately mean ‘little brother’.  Since 1995, laymen, doctors, and scientists have recognized Braco for his miraculous healing ability.  He never speaks during a healing session, nor does he address individuals regarding their issues. In 2002, he realized that gazing at a group of people intensified the results.  Since then, he gazes at groups ranging from 50 to over 1000 people, and does as many as 20 sessions per day.

During a healing session, Braco simply stands on a platform in front of his audience and silently looks ahead with a gentle gaze.  All present are instructed to stand and look at his eyes while thinking of their illnesses and problems. During the five-minute healing session, many immediately feel energetic bodily sensations, while others have profound experiences of joy. Sometimes, something dramatic happens for those with maladies, but more often people walk away just feeling better about their lives.  Those with serious illness are encouraged to check with their physician to confirm progress.

On January 4, 2011 I traveled to Portland Oregon with two friends to once again experience Braco. As before I experienced a level of clarity, confirmation, release, and much more in the powerful healing vortex he radiates. Each time I have been deeply touched and moved by these experiences, so much so that I wanted to share Braco with you my reader.

2011 Solar Eclipse

Happy New Year!

What a great kick off for 2011. January 4th we will have a solar eclipse in the sign Capricorn. This solar eclipse in Capricorn occurs as part of a rolling stellium consisting of North Node, Pluto, Sun, Moon, and Mars in Capricorn, with Sun, Moon and Mars square to Saturn in Libra. This Capricorn solar eclipse will be especially felt by the cardinal signs (Cancer, Capricorn, Aries and Libra). Anyone with planets near 13 degrees of any of the Cardinal signs will also feel this eclipse more strongly.

A solar eclipse always falls on a new moon, and new moons open paths to new experiences and opportunities. A solar eclipse brings news of a new chapter to form soon. Because eclipses are powerful, we need to watch what happens at eclipse time, as they tend to focus on big life events, like marriages, births, new homes, new positions, and so forth. Nothing is exactly "average" at the time of an eclipse - take your news seriously!

Mars will be conjunct the solar eclipse in Capricorn until January 15th and that tells me we should start to see results immediately, with little waiting. Mars will work with the eclipse to set up a trend that will continue on and on. Think of Mars as a booster to the eclipse rocket that will send you in a new direction. Venus will get into the act too, by beaming both Jupiter and Uranus her blessings

All eclipses have an area of influence of at least six months, so this influence should be grand enough to see it and feel it quite noticeably.

This partial solar eclipse will be seen in Europe, Africa and Central Asia. It will begin at 06:40:11 UT (Universal Time)) and culminates at 11:00:54 UT. The greatest eclipse –point of time when the distance between the Moon’s shadow axis and Earth’s center is the minimum – will happen at 08:50:35 UT over northern Sweden. If you live in northern Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, you will be able to witness this eclipse.
