Grief and Loss

March 9th would have been my dearest friends birthday. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her. It seems that so many people are choosing to leave the planet at this time. My heart goes out to those who are having a hard time accepting the loss of a loved one. I offer the following in hope that it will help.
